100 Days Toward Change
For the past three years, at the end of every Autumn, I’ve held a class for students who want to dive deeply into the Yin of the year. A time of rest, relaxation, dreaming and incubation for the year to come.
We meet every Friday morning from 9-9:30 a.m. Pacific time and for one hour on each change of astrological sign. Each session is recorded. The cost is $200.
Every year is different because each year the needs of the students present change. Those needs, those questions, those insights drive the class. We will go inward and ask ourselves tough questions in a safe space. I look forward to this every year…
Monthly Deep Dive Classes
These classes take place on the last Wednesday of the month (unless I have to adjust the timing to accommodate travel) and are different every time. In December, we will be talking about Nervous System Regulation. What is it? How do we lose it? How do we get it back? As always, it will be a combination of anatomy & physiology, lifestyle, and Energy. All sessions are recorded. The cost is $50 per class.

Each month I will take a deep look at something that interests me. Or you! (Students have made suggestions for the Deep Dive classes!). Occasionally class will be canceled for a month, based on my travel schedule. Please contact me for information on upcoming classes.
Monthly Transformation Game — September 14, 2019
Every month I lead up to 4 people per game through the incredible self-discovery process that is The Transformation Game. A board game based on a process of great depth and complexity from the Findhorn Community in Scotland, Transformation gives players incredible insights -- on the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual levels -- on an important life question of their choosing. I have played this game since 1993 and continue to find it a startling resource. Games take 2-3 hours, depending on the number of players. Two games available: 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm. Cost: $40 per player.
A Conversation With A Remarkable Woman -- Ellae Elinwood
Out of all the other Universes we have chosen this one, and this Universe has accepted us. The Practical Mystic offers a different perspective on how to live within the absolute, unchanging laws of our chosen Universe.
For our first conversation about these laws, Ellae Elinwood and I will be talking about Grounding ideas from a different perspective, one that is in harmony with EEM yet has valuable additional insights. Author of Earth Is Your Sweet Spot, a Woman’s Guide to Living Beautifully, Ellae draws from a rich and varied array of teachers who inform her unique approach. The cost is $20 and a recording will be provided.
