The Thyroid and Adrenals are practically inseparable.  They go everywhere together.  They do everything together.  They are very, very close.  Just like a good marriage.  But like any marriage, sometimes they don't get along so well and need some perspective.  This class, held online in three sessions, will give you a rich, practical understanding of what's going on in this partnership and how to help when things go wrong.  You will receive an extensive handout, outlining the course content and practical tools for keeping these glands humming!

The first two sessions are open to anyone who has a thyroid and adrenals.  (Or has lost any of them and is wondering what to do now…) The cost for the recordings and handout for these two days is $150USD.  The third session is for energy practitioners only (who must have attended the previous two days.)  This will be a practicum where we will explore things you know in a new application as well as new techniques.  Even some new finger modes.  The cost for the practicum day is $100USD.

For practitioners, this is probably the most common imbalance that will show up in your office!  It's good to be prepared...

The Sweetness of Life: Managing Blood Sugar

Blood sugar is a critical function in the body.  The only function on a par with it in terms of the body's regulation is blood pH.    This class, held online in two sessions, will give you a rich, practical understanding of what's going on in the systems that make blood sugar balance work and how to help when things go wrong.  You will receive an extensive handout, outlining the course content and practical tools for keeping the balance stable!

 The first session is open to anyone who has blood sugar.  It costs $100USD.  The second session is for energy practitioners only (who must have attended the previous day.)  This will be a practicum where we will explore things you know in a new application and also new techniques.  Even some new finger modes.  The cost for the practicum day is $125USD.  The total for both days is $200.

For practitioners, this issue is becoming pandemic and this class will help you understand what your clients are dealing with and how to better help them.

Eden Method Fundamentals

Four four-day classes of the first year training in the Eden Method. (Formerly Eden Energy Medicine.)

Class 1: May 16 - 19, 2024
Class 2: August 1 - 4, 2024
Class 3: October 17 - 20, 2024
Class 4: January 23 - 26, 2025

Class will be held in NE Portland, OR.

Each class session is $1195 and includes an extensive course book and videos.

This class will be offered in four parts from May 2024 to January 2025. Successful completion of all four classes makes you eligible for the second year of training toward Certification in the Eden Method.

These four sessions encompass the basics of Donna Eden’s approach to energy work. The first year includes instruction in Energy Testing, working with Meridians and Chakras, an introduction to the Five Rhythms of Chinese Medicine, working with the Electrics, Pain, Polarity, and much more!

I am limiting the class to eight students so you will get very personal attention and instruction. Our venue is in a delightful home in NE Portland, OR, hosted by a previous student of this program. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.

Cost for each class is $1195.

Inside Out:

A Look at the Anatomy, Physiology and Energy of the Body

Currently available as 13 two-hour recordings with handouts.

This class examines thirteen body systems from the perspective of the Anatomy, the Physiology and how the energy interacts with them. The classes are available individually or as a set. Classes are $50USD individually, or $600USD for the whole set of 13.

The classes are: Heart and Cardiovascular, Lungs and Respiration, Integument, Digestion, Reproduction, Urinary, Lymphatic, Immune, Muscles, Bones, Fascia, Nervous, and Endocrine Systems. A basic A & P course for energy practitioners, to help you understand both what your clients may come in with as far as a diagnosis and also how the energy can support the body. Each handout is about 50 pages and is illustrated.
